Refund policy

We are so sorry that you didn’t like the order! 

Our policy enables returns to be made within 3 days after you have received your package. Returns will be free of charge.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of when the request was sent. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. 

Full refunds for your order will be granted if: 

• The order is defective, broken, tampered with
• The order is not as described (colour and quality) 
• The order did not arrive 
• The item is a full priced items. Sale items are final sale. 

We are unable to provide a refund if:

• You changed your mind on the product 
• If the product cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes (ie: undergarments and shapewear)
• The product was purchased on a Sale/Discounted price 

To begin the Return and/or Refund process, please email us via the contact form here and ensure the email title includes your Order #. 

• Exchanges 

At this time, we do not provide exchanges for your orders. If you would like an item in a different variation, kindly start the Return and Refund process for a FULL REFUND, and place a new order on the website. Thank you for your patience!

**European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
