Do you offer discounts on your products?

How do I go about starting a return?

Can I exchange my product for something else? 

We do not do exchanges! Please visit our Returns page for more information on how to start the return process. Depending on the situation, we can also provide Store Credit. Contact us for more information. 

Do your prices include tax and duties? 

Depending on your location, you will be charged Sales Tax, GST/HST/PST on your orders. Duties are not included in the price. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

Why do I get multiple deliveries and tracking numbers?

As a growing business, we work with multiple suppliers to bring you a variety of products! Thanks for your patience and understanding while we try to streamline this. 

Where do you ship to? 

We currently ship to US & Canada only but are hoping to further expand our serviceable regions! Find the shipping times and costs on our Shipping page. 

I made a mistake and need to cancel my order!! 

Oh no! We all make mistakes, so don’t worry about it. You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it by contacting us.

Please ensure you add your Order # to the email subject line. 

Why do you carry such limited sizing? 

We believe every body is beautiful! At this time, we are only able to carry a select amount of size options but we hear you, and are working on it!
